Your Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this critical role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for driving engagement and accelerating pipeline velocity through proactive outreach and qualification. As an SDR, you will focus on pipeline generation and qualification, ensuring our Account Executives receive high-quality, sales-ready opportunities. You will be instrumental in our growth strategy, directly impacting revenue generation and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification

  • Engage with inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, needs, and readiness for a sales conversation.

Pipeline Generation

  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social channels to create new opportunities.

Discovery

  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and align them with BESTMIX solutions.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Industry Experts and Marketing based on ideal customer profiles and target customer groups.
  • Align with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions.

CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate and timely data in HubSpot CRM, ensuring visibility and reporting integrity.

Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer challenges to tailor outreach.

Performance Tracking

  • Meet or exceed KPIs related to outbound activities, qualified meetings, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

Key Focus Areas

  • Velocity: Drive a high cadence of outreach and qualification to accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Quality: Ensure leads meet agreed qualification criteria to maximize conversion rates.
  • Consistency: Maintain structured processes for lead engagement and follow-up.
  • Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and targeting.

What You Bring to BESTMIX Software

Experience & Skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining quality.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling and discovery techniques.
  • 1--3 years in a similar role (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales) within SaaS or software solutions is a plus.
  • Very good knowledge of the German and English languages.

Tools & Tech Stack Knowledge

  • CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Prospecting Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel (preferred).
  • Engagement Platforms: Email sequencing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Data Management: Basic MS Office/Excel skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Other: Understanding of Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking is a plus.
