Your Responsibilities

• Feasibility & Site Assessment: Technical and economic evaluation of identified sites for their suitability for battery storage projects -- including analysis of grid connection situations, available space, and regulatory frameworks.
• Project Development & Conception: Development of project concepts and implementation strategies for battery storage projects in industry, commerce, and real estate -- from the initial idea to approval-ready planning.
• Project Realization: Coordination and support of project implementation from approval through planning to commissioning -- in close cooperation with planning partners, authorities, suppliers, and customers.
• Pilot Projects: Conception and implementation of innovative pilot projects with battery storage systems in properties -- as a blueprint for scalable solutions in the B2B sector.
• Strategic Alliances: Expansion of existing and establishment of new viable partnerships with customers, project developers, investors, technology providers, and service providers.

Your Profile

• Technical Education and Business Acumen: Completed education in electrical engineering, construction technology, or industrial engineering, preferably with professional experience in project development, plant construction, energy, and/or real estate.
• Construction & Electrical Engineering Know-how: Sound understanding of electrical and construction engineering interrelationships -- preferably with knowledge in grid connection, medium and low-voltage systems, building technology, and approval procedures.
• Drive for Design & Innovation: Enthusiasm for an autonomous energy future and the realization of innovative business models, especially in the exciting field of the energy industry.
• Team Player with Passion: Team spirit and strong communication skills, as well as a confident demeanor, to lead projects to success together with us and our project partners.
• Basics: Excellent MS Office skills, experience with planning software and AI tools, German language skills at C1 level, and good English skills.
