Location: Flexible within Germany (100% Remote)

Your Role

We are seeking a highly driven Sales Director to lead business development and sales efforts for NDI's Agentic AI solutions in the german market. This is a remote, commission-only role with flexible working hours --- perfect for a self-starter with a strong network, proven enterprise sales experience, and a passion for emerging AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships across key industries.

  • Present and position NDI's Agentic AI solutions as transformative tools for operational efficiency and ROI.

  • Build and execute go-to-market plans to penetrate enterprise accounts and high-potential mid-market opportunities.

  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure.

  • Collaborate with strategic partners, resellers, and technology alliances to expand reach.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging customer needs to adapt strategies.

What You Bring

  • Seven or more years of sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or AI.
  • A proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Strong C-level relationships and the ability to influence buying decisions.
  • A self-starter mindset to thrive in a commission-only environment.
