🚀 The Opportunity
Take ownership of a 6--8-strong team of hunting AEs selling a category-leading security-awareness platform into Germany's mid-market and corporate segment (companies of 400--5,000 employees). This is a pure leadership seat - no personal quota - built around coaching, pipeline discipline, and lifting win rates in a team that already posted strong Q1 attainment. You'll sell a product with genuine regulatory pull, into a buyer base that's actively re-prioritising cyber resilience.

Our client is a European leader in security awareness and human risk management SaaS - helping organisations turn their people into their strongest line of defence through behavioural-science-led training. They're one of the fastest-growing scale-ups in the category, backed by leading European VCs, with roughly 90% of revenue generated in the DACH market. With a new CRO upleveling the organisation, this is a moment of real investment in how the commercial org runs.
🎯 The Role
- Lead, coach, and ramp a team of 6--8 quota-carrying, hunting AEs
- Carry a team quota (no personal quota): average ACV ~€137k per AE, ~7--8 deals per quarter to 100%, uncapped
- Own a healthy mid-market pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline
- Run coaching sessions, performance reviews, and role-plays using the SPICED framework
- Step personally into strategic deals to lead by example and develop the team
- Refine sales methodology, playbooks, and process as the org scales
💡 What You'll Bring
- Native/Bi-lingual German (essential) plus business-fluent English
- B2B SaaS sales background in a scale-up/startup environment (a hard criterion)
- Proven closing AE track record (1.5y+) and 1y+ leading AE teams of similar size - not just SDR/BDR management
- Hunter mentality, with experience managing outbound, self-sourcing AEs (50%+ self-sourced)
- Stable tenure (2y+ in recent roles); mid-market/corporate SaaS sales is a plus
