About the role
We're hiring a Technical Co-Founder to own product and technology end-to-end and build this company with us. You'll work directly with the founding team to turn a strong foundation into a world-class product and the AI-native engine behind it. Your first priority is getting our platform launch-ready asap.
By the end of your first quarter, we're live with paying customers. By the end of year one, you've built the AI engine that powers both our B2B business and our B2C products.
What you'll own
- Getting the platform launch-ready. Understand our product end-to-end, see exactly what stands between us and launch, and fix it fast.
- The product and technology end-to-end. You evolve the platform from a fast-built foundation into a robust, scalable architecture, and you make the calls on stack, architecture and roadmap.
- AI-native products from scratch. Job matching, talent sourcing, application tools, built for our niche.
- AI as leverage across the company. Automations, internal tools and pipelines that let us move faster than teams ten times our size.
- The entire technical direction.
You may be a good fit if you
- Grasp a product and business model fast, see what's holding it back, and get it launch-ready. You know what "done" really means.
- Combine speed and depth. You build fast with AI-native and vibe-coding tools like Lovable, Supabase, Cursor and n8n, and you have the engineering fundamentals to turn that into robust, scalable, production-grade software.
- Can ship a full product alone. Frontend, backend, database. You've built B2B or B2C platforms, SaaS or web apps before.

- Live and breathe AI integration. LLM APIs, agents, embeddings, automation.
- Master scraping, APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
