Temso AI is the only full-stack AI search optimization platform built for action, not just monitoring. It shows when and how a brand is recommended across AI-generated answers, which topics it is trusted for, where competitors are winning visibility, and what concrete actions teams can take to improve their presence, authority, and performance in AI search.
You'll be joining a team that has built and scaled before. We're some of the people behind Moonfare, SoundCloud, Aplano, and BlueLayer, among others, and our founders have collectively built companies now worth over half a billion dollars. We genuinely love building software products.
Role description
We're looking for a hands-on growth hacker. Someone who treats growth like a puzzle worth solving, runs experiments everywhere, and has a real instinct for finding the pockets where attention and customers are hiding. We need someone who can turn customer insights into clear positioning, landing pages, campaigns, outbound messaging, case studies, and growth experiments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Run experiments across every channel and pour fuel on whatever starts working.
- Build our presence in AI and traditional search, using our own product to do it.
- Grow Temso's voice and our founders' across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and beyond.
- Turn what we know into content people actually want to read and share.
- Find and execute the right growth loops.

Qualifications:
- A few years actually doing growth, ideally at a B2B Saas startup or somewhere you had to figure it out without a big team or budget.
- A track record of growing something yourself, not just managing agencies or running someone else's playbook. You've made the experiments, shipped the content, and watched the numbers.
- Range across channels: comfortable getting hands-on with paid, SEO, social, content, and whatever else the moment calls for. Depth in one or two is great, curiosity about all of them is the point.
- You're fluent in data. You can set up tracking, read it honestly, and let it decide what you do next.
- You write well and quickly, and you can make complex ideas simple.
- You're genuinely interested in AI and how it's changing the way people find and trust brands.
- Bonus, not required: experience marketing a product to marketers, SEO/agencies, or other technical-ish buyers; familiarity with the AI search / GEO space; a side project or audience you grew for fun.
Remote Work
This role is fully remote. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates, including fractional operators. For part-time candidates, we are looking for someone who can commit enough time each week to own meaningful outcomes, not advise from the sidelines.
